Mark Fahleson, a partner with the Lincoln-based law firm Rembolt Ludtke LLP, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association at its annual meeting on May 21.
The Nebraska Defense Counsel Association consists of Nebraska attorneys devoted to defending civil claims and litigation. The NDCA is dedicated to the defense of civil actions and the promotion of fairness, professionalism and integrity in the civil justice system.
Fahleson’s practice centers on management-side employment and labor law, including the defense of discrimination and other workplace claims filed against employers and counseling employers to prevent such claims. Since 2006 he has been listed as a leading employment lawyer in Nebraska in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. He is active in the Employment Law Committee of DRI, an international organization of attorneys defending the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation, and is also a fellow in Litigation Counsel of America™.
